Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. If live courier quotes are unavailable, Jotek may apply a manual fallback fee or free delivery threshold shown during checkout.
Dispatch timeline
Paid orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Estimated timelines depend on product availability, destination, and courier performance.
Tracking
Tracking details are shown once a shipment record or courier tracking code is available. Customers can also contact support for manual updates.
