Jotek handles returns and refunds through a documented review process so customers and staff have a clear record.
Return window
Return requests should be raised as soon as an issue is noticed and within the warranty or return window communicated for the product at purchase.
Eligible returns
Eligible returns include wrong item delivered, verified manufacturer defect, damaged item on arrival, or a cancelled order that has not been fulfilled.
Condition checks
Returned products must include accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase where applicable. Devices may be inspected before a refund, exchange, or repair is approved.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed back through the original Paystack payment where possible. Processing times may depend on banks and payment providers.
