Jotek collects only the information needed to sell, deliver, support, and secure technology orders for Nigerian customers.
Information we collect
We collect account details, contact details, delivery addresses, order records, payment references, device/session data, and support messages. We do not store full card details; card and transfer processing is handled by Paystack.
How we use data
We use customer data to process orders, verify payments, deliver products, prevent fraud, provide support, send transactional messages, and maintain required business records.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with payment, delivery, email, hosting, analytics, and support providers. These providers must process data for Jotek services only.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements for completed orders and payments.
